Dr. Jobson Oseodion Ewalefoh is the Director General and CEO of the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC), where he oversees the development and implementation of infrastructure concession policies and public-private partnership (PPP) frameworks in Nigeria.

He is a recognized leader in infrastructure financing, regulatory reforms, and sustainable investment models, with a proven track record of facilitating partnerships between government and private investors to enhance Nigeria’s infrastructure landscape.

As Director-General of the ICRC, he oversees the regulation, oversight, and promotion of public-private partnerships (PPPs) across Nigeria’s infrastructure sectors. He ensures that concession frameworks are transparent, bankable, and aligned with national development plans.
