She has worked and added value across Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, and the United States, where she has built and scaled diverse teams from the ground up.
Lucy is recognized for delivering sustainable, high-impact solutions that address complex business challenges with innovation and purpose. Lucy’s expertise spans strategy formulation and implementation, program and grant management, finance and business operations, fundraising, talent development, and board advisory.
