With over a decade of experience at the Bar, she is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in intellectual property law, the commercialization of IP assets, technology regulation, and data protection.

Kodichi advises clients daily on identifying, protecting, and maximizing their intellectual property rights. Her work spans negotiating and structuring IP transactions, drafting and reviewing all related documentation, and conducting comprehensive IP audits for leading organizations. Beyond her transactional practice, she delivers training on intellectual property and entertainment law, enhancing clients’ awareness, compliance, and strategic use of their IP assets. She has also served as production counsel on major film and media projects and authored several articles on copyright and intellectual property, including a notable review of the Copyright Act 2022 and its impact on the entertainment industry.
