Abayomi Cole
Abayomi Cole is an FMVA-certified finance professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (Second Class Upper Division) from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri.
He brings a multidisciplinary background spanning mortgage banking, financial modeling, client-centric business development, and cross-border financial services.
Abayomi currently serves as a Finance and Mortgage Support Assistant at Dianitte Erilus International Financial Services, where he collaborates with loan officers on U.S. mortgage brokerage, credit repair, and first-home buyer programs.
His role encompasses real estate due diligence, deal documentation, insurance brokerage support, and tax preparation for U.S. and Canadian clients. He has also supported immigrant clients through regulatory and compliance-driven financial processes, strengthening his understanding of globally aligned financial systems.
Previously, Abayomi worked with Ingenium Concepts Ltd, supporting high-net-worth clients, managing financial records, preparing management accounts, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives. His early experience at Cooperative Mortgage Bank, Ibadan, provided strong foundations in mortgage finance, audit compliance, and bank-wide financial reporting.
