Bambo Adebowale is a seasoned business leader, enterprise development expert, and capacity-building strategist with over 25 years of corporate and advisory experience. He serves as the Dean and Director of the FATE School, the learning arm of FATE Foundation, where he provides strategic leadership across the School’s incubation, pre-incubation, owner-manager, and accelerator programmes.

As Dean, Bambo oversees curriculum design, programme development, and impact-driven strategies that equip entrepreneurs with the tools to start, grow, and scale sustainable businesses. With more than two decades of hands-on experience supporting Nigeria’s small and medium enterprise ecosystem, he brings deep expertise in business planning, strategic planning, financial management, investment readiness, and growth advisory. A committed volunteer of FATE Foundation since 2002, he has served as Faculty, Advisor, Mentor, and Course Director across its flagship programmes, earning two FATE Annual Awards for Faculty and Advisor of the Year in recognition of his outstanding contributions.

Prior to joining FATE Foundation in an executive capacity, Bambo was Head of Business Development at Mitsubishi Corporation, overseeing operations across Nigeria and Ghana. His earlier professional experience includes roles with the UK Inland Revenue Service, PwC, and General Electric’s European Equipment Leasing business, where he developed strong competencies in corporate finance, regulatory systems, and international business operations.

Beyond his executive responsibilities, Bambo is an active member of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where he previously chaired the Auto & Allied Sector Group.

He serves as a trustee and director on several nonprofit boards and provides advisory support to businesses on venture capital, systems integration, and automotive systems.

A lifelong learner and community builder, he enjoys golf, cricket, and farming, reflecting his balanced approach to leadership and life.
