Bassey Essien is a sought-after business strategy consultant renowned for advancing entertainment, media, and communications development in Nigeria.

He is Chief Executive Officer/Lead Consultant at ISWL Consulting and has held senior roles with XCBG International Development Group LLC, USA, e-Trade FTZ Canadian Consortium, and Launchpad TV (USA). He holds a BA in English (University of Ibadan) and a Certificate in Media (Pan-Atlantic University).

His landmark achievements include organizing the first Fashion TV Party in Nigeria (August 2010) with Fashion TV, Genevieve Magazine, Cool FM, Bank of Industry, NEPC, and Pan-Atlantic University, viewed in over 300 households worldwide, and served as Co-Coordinator/Consultant for the International Fashion Academy and International Style Week (October 2010).
