Through De Food Academy, Dr. Adetoun has successfully trained and mentored over one thousand students, equipping them with the technical skills, discipline, professionalism, and creative confidence required to compete and thrive in the global culinary industry. Her passion for capacity development and talent grooming continues to impact the hospitality value chain across Nigeria and beyond.

In addition to her academic leadership, Dr. Adetoun is the Chief Executive of a thriving catering and events outfit, which has delivered high-quality services for numerous corporate and social events, consistently achieving client satisfaction and sustainable profitability.

Her journey to excellence is underpinned by a strong academic foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Master of Science in Public Administration, complemented by multiple professional certifications in catering and hotel management.

Her commitment to excellence and innovation has earned her numerous awards and recognitions, affirming her influence and contributions to the culinary and hospitality profession.

Dr. Adetoun currently serves as the Vice President I, WIEG Mandate Nigeria, where she contributes strategic leadership and advocacy toward economic growth, skills development, and international collaboration.
